I love the World of Poets. It is unlike any other poetic site I've been on. I absolutely adore the Bulletin Board
with its challenges - I've never been so creatively stimulated in my life! (smile). I appreciate the great
administration and attention to our needs. It was a wise decision to join in early October of '07. I am very
much looking for this new year and achieving new daring heights!

Joining WOP has made my poetry life a pleasurable experience in the amount of time I have been able to
devote to it. Also, it is with full stride pleasure that I salute Rob for all his "living-up-to-his-word" concerning
this site. Many thanks, Rob, and I am looking forward to the time I can return to my writing of poetry again.

Well so far so Good I am learning this place faster than I thought and talk about getting answers fast more
than one will answer you lol. but I really like it here I don't feel like I don't belong unlike one place I went to,
here they treat you with respect and take you for your flaws and I have lots!

You will not find another site on the internet that compares to this World. The learning and sharing, not to
mention the talent, are more than anyone poet could ask for. It’s not run by some corporation, looking to get
rich off of you, but is there to support you. It takes into consideration your thoughts and ideas openly. There
is no scheme and no vanity. The poetry contests are legitimate.
I joined this site in January of 2007 and was included into its fold, like I was always there. There is something
for everyone here, whether you just want to post your poetry or get involved on the bulletin board which in
itself is just amazing, bringing all topics of conversation and poetry to the forefront. There’s no fear to speak
your mind in this world, respect for one another goes hand in hand and with that respect, you can say just
about anything without repercussion. My Hat off to this World of Poet and its creator, I thank you very much,

Worldofpoets.com is a wonderful poetry site! I have been on this site since December 9, 2006. What I like
most about World are all the features it provides in helping poets become better writers by improving the
techniques of poetry. We learn from one another. The site is user-friendly and if we have any doubts or
questions, all we have to do is go to the Message Board, ask the question, and get the feedback we need. This
is only the second site that I have been on but I feel that it is the better of the two, the price is right, iand
much integrity is demonstrated. See for yourself! There is mu h concern for the individual poet. You need to
try it to see for yourself, yes, and you will see that you get a lot for your membership fee. We at sorld look

World Of Poets has become my favorite poetry site, and yes, I have been to several and left several. Here at
World Of Poets, I can post my poetry (to keep it all in one place!)...but I do not have to keep it to myself, I
can share it with the "world", and have productive critisizm reflected back. I have grown as a writer thanks to
the many wonderful poets on this site. World Of Poets has given me the priceless outlet to express my
emotions, my deepest darkest thoughts, my joys....my life, which is all wrapped up in "my" poetry. It truly "is"
one large caring and helpful family. Best of all, is the wonderful reviewers. The reviews can be as heart
touching and emotional as the poetry. Thank you World Of Poets for being a poets outlet and offering such a

World of Poets is all that its name states. As a founding member, I have seen this site grow and improve to
become not only a learning center but a place to have fun with my poetry efforts. This site has it all including
relaxation games such as "Hangman" (my personal favorite) and daily cultural tidbits. I also love having my
own personal homepage and the message center or chat features keep everyone feeling connected. World of
Poets is challenging for those who love contests and rewards yet personal enough to carve out my own
productive little haven. The price for a year's membership was the cheapest investment I could make for

to read, write and review poetry in a professional yet fcongenial way, while developing a broader knowledge
base about the art of poetry.
I have visited numerous poet "workshop" sites. World of Poets has a well laid out, easy to use, comprehensive
array of information about classic poetry, poetic forms, rhyming help, dictionary, thesauraus, chat-room
workshops, open houses, and an on hands administrator who truly listens to the needs of his members. World
of Poets is indeed "Write where you ought to be!"

Worldofpoets is by far the best site I have ever found. It is a poetry site that is friendly and the most "home
like" site by far. The beautiful poets are the ones who make this site what it is. Everyone is devoted to it and
truly cares how a poem is written and the pictures which are displayed on home pages. This is so important
because I just reviewed a poem from a twelve year old student.
Can you imagne what this site will be like this year? It is already taking off. The wizzard is fantastic and will be
a huge help to new members and also to us. The color change's on the pages is terrific. Chat are beginning to
take off. I cannot stay away from this site, its like another home for me.
So much progress and changes have been accomplished that it is impossible to list them all. The "tweaking"
problems are nothing compared to what this site has become. Everying is coming together with excellence.

best in the poetry universe. Here, I have found a safe haven in which to read and review the works of other
wonderful poets and poetesses and receive honest reviews of my own writing. It is a place to mentor and be
mentored; a place to learn and to grow. By coming to worldofpoets.com I have made so many amazing new
friends. I also have become reacquainted with some of the finest poets, who, like me, looking for more, have
migrated here from other less than satisfying sites. I particularly enjoy the many, many features that have
been provided for our pleasure. So many tools to help with the creative process. No other site offers what this
one has…. it all! I am so glad I found you! My thanks to the creator of this World of Poets, Mary

It took me a while to finally get through alot of medical and personal things before I could join "World of Poets"
NOW this gal has put down roots and isn't going anywhere. The knowledge, teachings, fun, creativity and joy
I have found is incredible.
I have only scratched the surface yet. Fantastic people, not just strangers who write great poetry, each one
make themselves available to help you hone your craft. Every review I have had has been full of
encouragement and positive feedback. Yes you earn your marks around here but as in any family ( and that
is what World of Poets "is...a family...there is much to learn and pass on to each other.
I can say with all honesty that I am thrilled Rob had the insight to build this home and fill it with such a huge
fountain of knowledge, understanding and fun. World of Poets is full of heart. How much more could one ask
for. I feel blessed. Thanks Rob for brainstorming and keeping in touch with me until I was able to finally join,
let alone reasure me that this site is 100% on the up and up. Plus here for each other to enjoy, learn and

I was at another poetry site, but feeling disenchanted was told of worldofpoets.com. Thank God. The people
who run this site actually listen to us. I have only been here about a week, but felt welcomed from day one. I
have had so many positive reviews. It is good getting some feedback from your feelow poets. There is so
much to help us with our poetry on this site. Thesaurus, Rhyming Dictionary..where else do you get that? I'll
be staying round here for a while yet.

Words cannot describe how I feel since I have joined the World Of Poets. This community is just that a well
knitted community! I have met so many wonderful poets here who have helped me gain a new respect for
writing. Although I may not be as seasoned as most poets on this site I have never felt more at home then

I had tried out most of the poetry sites on the web prior to finding World of Poets. I liked it from the outset
because it allows one to try out the site before becoming a member. I have since then become a "golden"
member. Having a BA in philosophy, I am probably a different kind of poet than most. All my work has been
accepted with much appreciation on World of Poets. My work is in attempting to arise awareness of the
scheme of things to as many persons as I can possibly reach so that they may become political activists for
change. It has become the first and last enjoyment of my day. I would recommend World of Poets to any
aspiring poet. It is a learning and inspiring site and I do not believe anyone would regret becoming a member.

You just cannot beat this wonderful World of Poets! Terrific group of writers who support and assist one
another to improve our craft! Incredible on site resources--(Thesaurus, Dicitonary, Rhyming help, Poetic
forms, Poetic Glosssary, guidelines for good reviewing, etcetera.) Even fun games to play when you need a
break or that muse is elusive! Our administrator is supportive and personally involved in every aspect of the
site. Regional representatives are assigned to all members to facilitate communication.
More than I can say here...but I assure you. World of Poets is "Write where you ought to be"!!!!

I find the World of Poets to be a site that is truely democratic in its nature. Here we are given the right of
choice through our vote and not just arbitrarily decided by the powers of those in charge what our course of
action will be. We work as a team for the betterment of all. An atmosphere of congenial camaraderie and
helpfulness seems to be the general premise among all who inhabit this site. A great place to hone one's skills
in peace and harmony while making wonderful friends. Each new person brings added gifts and qualities to
our ever growing family and are heartily welcomed making this a place you'd want to be.

I believe I came here on Sept 6, 06. I have enjoyed myself here more than any other poetry site I have tried.
I did look around the block. Rob is a excellant web master- owner as he really wants to see his vision of World
of Poets becoming the number one site on the internet. I have the same vision now and will do all I can to
help. We all shall excell and make this a reality. This family is doing a lot of good for the big time, middle
ground, and the just learning poet as well. Many compassionate people bring a sense of good to the site. I
love it here and will spend most of my time here always. Finishing other commitments to help others come

I have been a member of this site for a while now. It is the best place I have found to be. I was on another
site that decided it needed a makeover and it got it! Everyone scattered. A lot of us ended up here and since
I've been here I've made new friends as well as keeping up with old ones. While on the other site I attained
the Poet Laureate status. I believe this site can give me far better information on poetry and I can learn a lot
more from World of Poets. It is done in extremely good taste and if you have a problem, there is someone
that actually cares that they get it fixed, unlike other sites I have been on and visited. I love this family of
poets and intend on staying on here. What a joy to have the confidence in this site, it is great! As the saying
goes "I am write where I ought to be!"

Since I’ve been on World of Poets I have gained so much knowledge about poetry that I am amazed at
myself. The kind and helpful poets and the links on the site have helped me grow in leaps and bounds. I have
watched as this poetry site has grown from a hand full of dedicated poets to a legion of poetic masters and all
the troubles and trials that go along with artistic differences in any form. Our brave and gallant leader has met
each challenge head on and squashed any problem on the onset. His honesty and integrity is unmatched…
With minimum difficulty navigation, reviewing and posting is just a fingers touch away. The site tools and data
bases are the finest on the web, I use them constantly, especially the rhymer. I wouldn’t hesitate to put
World of Poets site up against any poetry site on the internet!

I joined this site in Feb. 2007, after trying other poetry sites I found that this one was the best all round! The
reps are right there to help you when you first come on and are not sure of exactly what to do, There is the
admin, they keep you updated daily on new revisions etc. The amount of information and different pages to
help you learn or for just enjoyment is huge.
There are games and tests to see if you know similes, everything you can imagine is here! Also I have never
felt so welcomed and loved as I do on this site. I am not in this for competition, and that is because I can
only get a few reviews done a day. I don't worry about getting three poems posted etc. I just come here to
enjoy everyone's work and to enjoy the family I have come to know. Poetry is a Gift from God. As far as I
am concerned it embellishes all the arts, as we can write a painting, we can write music and we can write
about any other art form and bring it to life.
This is write where I belong, and I will stay however long I can. God Bless all of you here, for making me feel
like a part of this community right from the start. I love all of you and I try hard to get back as fast as I can,
but with dial up HUH! It takes 15 mins sometimes to get just a few reviews and responses done. It must be
great to have high speed access but I am out in the sticks and it doesn't reach this far out! Well this is long
and it is time to say HELLO MY FRIENDS, THANKS FOR YOUR LOVING WELCOME WAGON, YOUR HONESTY IN
HELPING ME FIX AND REWRITE AND DO THE FORM CORRECTLY WITHOUT LOOKING DOWN AT ME. NEVER
HAD FORMAL EDUCATION OF ANY SORT NOR DID I READ POETRY TILL NOW. I am 55 and have written since
I was 9, but learning punctuation and grammar has brought my poems to a better level of reading. God Bless

I have learned so much here at World Of Poets. There are teachers here that will take the time to explain and
teach you the correct way to write poetry if you want their expertise. The bulletin board is like no other you
will find anywhere. It is full of challenges,learning tools and contest etc. I know there are many poetry sites to
choose from. You owe it to yourself if you want to surround your self with fellow people that love to share with
you and exchange their reviews that are honest and helpful, then this is WRITE WERE YOU SHOULD BE
